Moonsighting announcement for Ramadan 1441 Hijri After extremely careful investigation and deliberation the Ulema of Royate Hilal Committee has decided that the Rooyat information we received were unsatisfactory. Therefore the decision is that the Moon for the month of Ramadan 1441 Hijri has NOT been sighted in USA and Canada Therefore April 24th is the 30th Sha’ban 1441 Hijri and April 25th will be the 1st of Ramadan 1441 Hijri in USA.and Canada Jazakallah Ssci Toronto
