Dhul Hijjah/ 'Eid Al-Adha 1441/ 2020 Eid Ul Adha Announcement 2020 Assalam o alikum Brothers and sisters In accordance with the decision by Royyat e Hilal committee of North America(RHCNA), Spiritual Society Canada hereby declares that the new Hilal for the month of Dhul Ḥijjah was sighted in North America(Houston) on the eve of 29 Dhul Qa’adah, 1441 (21 July 2020). Therefore, the 1st of Dhul Ḥijjah, 1441 will be tomorrow Wednesday 22 July, 2020. Also note: The blessed 10 days commence on Wednesday 22 July, 2020 . The Day of ʿArafah corresponds to Thursday 30 July, 2020. The Day of ʿEīd Al-Aḍḥā will be on Friday 31 July, 2020. May Almighty Allah shower the blessings of Dhul Hijjah on all humanity, during this difficult pandemic. May Almighty Allah accept our worship, fasting, prayers, charity and Qurbani.
