Assalam o alikum 

Brothers and sisters 

In accordance with the decision by Royyat e Hilal committee, north America(RHCNA) Spiritual society Canada hereby declares that the new crescent moon (hilal) of Muharram has been sighted on Wednesday evening (August. 19th) by reliable moon-sighters at numerous locations across North America.

This marks the beginning of the sacred month of Muharram and starts of the new Islamic (Hijri) year of 1442, with its first "day" occurring Thursday, August 20. 

 The very blessed day of Ashura, the 10th of Muharram will fall on Saturday, August 29th, 2020. 

May Allah make this month and new year for you a source of benefit, enrichment, and closeness to Allah, Most High in the Wasilla of Prophet Muhammed salllaho alyhe Wasallam.

Milad Un Nabi ﷺ Jasn-e-Milad Saturday - October 31, 2020 Starting at 2:00 PM Ziyarat e Mue Mubarak ﷺ will be performed in groups of 50 people A total of 7 sessions of 45 mins each are available for booking! 2:00pm | 3:00pm | 4:00pm | 5:00pm | 6:30pm | 7:15pm ENTRY - Strictly By Registration Only / No Exceptions Families are encouraged to book within the same time-slot / Sister’s are welcome Langar(food) will be distributed after the Ziyarat COVID-19 Rules, Guidelines, and Protocols (Please read and strictly follow it) Only registered ticket holders will be allowed, no exceptions: For your safety, we would like to ensure that all the precautions are in place in addition to following all the necessary government regulations therefore we ask for your support to make this successful. Please follow the instructions of our volunteers Protocols : - Anyone experiencing any symptoms of illness should not attend (fever, runny nose, coughing, sneezing, etc). - Those with pre-existing health conditions are advised not to attend. - Attendees are required to bring their own prayer mats if they are planning to attend any prayers. - Attendees will be required to maintain social distancing from others, including Ziyarat and prayer. Prayer areas will be clearly marked. - Washroom facilities will not be made available. Please ensure that you attend with wudhu’. - Attendees are required to wear face masks at all times. Including Namaz. - Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to attend at this time. - Attendees are expected to leave at the conclusion of their session with no socializing or hanging out happening on the grounds of the masjid that includes outside in the parking lot.
