Assalam-o-Alikum Dear Brothers and Sisters, The Provincial Government has introduced strict new capacity limits on places of worship in Toronto as it deals to effectively manage the surge of COVID-19 cases. Places of worship will now only be permitted to accommodate a maximum of 10 people per facility. As such, the Spiritual Society Of Canada mosque will remain closed to the public for its daily 5 times prayers as of November 23rd, 2020 for 28 days, while continuing to maintain the rights of the Masjid. This closure will continue under the provincial and municipal guidelines. Kindly continue to check here for all updates. This wasn't a decision that was made easily - it was however one that was necessary. We humbly request the congregation to perform their daily salah, dikr of Allah ﷻ, and send Darood & Salam upon our Beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ at home.
